Hey people...

Victoria here,

Hey there sailor. Summer 3 Fruit Smoothie

Hey people.....

Victoria here,

Havent posted in a while im very sorry. But its SUMMER and have another foody/drinky blog post for you guys. In Ireland its so hot today which is so unusual, but i love it though. During summer I absolutely love smoothies especially fruity one. And you only need 3 fruit. So today I'm gonna share one of my favourite smoothie recipe. Its really nice refreshing. So here it is :)

Ingredients/equipment:

1 full orange 

Juice of 1/2 a lemon 

1/4 of a full pineapple 

1 slice of lemon for garnish (optional)

Ice and bit of water 

Hand blender or stand blender

1) slice up your orange and pineapple in small chucks removing seeds and roughage (optional)  and squeeze your lemon into your blender cup or stand blender. Add ice and water.

2) blend until smooth 

3) pour into glass and cut a small slit into lemon slice and hang over rim of glass.

4) enjoy
